Hellbergs semi-watertight/spraytight sliding fire door.

Door leaf:
Made as standard in 2mm mild steel. Option is galvanized steel or stainless steel 304 / 316L.
Door leaf can also be made in Hellbergs laminated steel sheets.

Door frame:
Made as standard in 6mm mild steel as per drawing. Option is galvanized steel or stainless steel 304 / 316L.
Frame for welding against bulkhead.

Sill:
Hellbergs M8-SWF comes with standard sill made same as frame.
Other sill alternatives can be seen on our data sheet or in our product catalogue.

Lock and handle:
Recessed handles both sides.

Finish:
Door leaf, frame and sill comes as standard with our powdercoat primer.
Option is door leaf and/or frame painted in RAL or NCS color.
Stainless steel doors can be supplied without painting.

Hardware:
Track, wheel hangers, track holders, wall brackets and guide steering is always included in the delivery.

Electric / Pneumatic operation:
Doors comes as standard with either electric or pneumatic operation.
For both electric and pneuamtic operation safetys strip in front of door leaf is included for personal protection when closing door.
"Normally Open" or "Normally Closed" should always be stated in enquiry/order.
For electric operation back-up batteries are included and for pneuamtic operation back-up air tanks are included.

Options:
Door can be supplied with kick-plate, indicator.
