Hellbergs gastight fire door with rebated door leaf.
Can be used in most areas onboard a ship or platform where an A-class hinged single door is needed.
The model is suitable as external door on rigs for example.

Door leaf:
Made as standard in 1mm mild steel. Option is galvanized steel or stainless steel 304 / 316L.
Door leaf can also be made in Hellbergs laminated steel sheets.
As standard the door comes with 3 pcs Hellbergs galvanized hinges.
Stainless steel hinges on request.

Door frame:
Made as standard in 3mm mild steel. Option is galvanized steel or stainless steel 304 / 316L.As standard the frame comes delivered for welding onto bulkhead.
Option is frame prepared with holes for bolting onto bulkhead.
We can also supply installation kit complete with bolts, nuts and washers. This saves you time when installing the door.

Adjustable seal holder:
Hellbergs M8-G comes as standard with adjustable seal holder made in 1,5mm steel.
Made as standard in same material as frame but can be supplied in stainless steel 304 / 316L on request.

Sill:
Hellbergs M8-G comes as standard with sill alt. SA4 made in same material as frame.
As option sill can be made in stainless steel 304 / 316L or with stainless steel sill cover.

Lock and handle:
Door comes as standard with one of following alternatives:
- Lock GSV Schwepper 1301 GZ/65, handle and plate with hole for cylinder.
- Lock GSV Schwepper 1301 GF/65, handle and plate without hole for cylinder.
Cylinder+thumbturn or cylinder+cylinder can be supplied on request.

Finish:
Door leaf, frame and sill comes as standard with our powdercoat primer.
Option is door leaf and/or frame painted in RAL or NCS color.
Stainless steel doors can be supplied without painting.

Panic bar:
M8-G can be equipped with Hellbergs stainless steel panic bar.
Plate and handle in stainless steel on hinge side is standard.
Plates prepared with or without holes for cylinder.
If door is locked the panic bar on inside always open the door. The door will then remain unlocked.
As option hinged side of door can be supplied without any plate or handle. Then re-entry is not possible.

More options:
Door can be supplied with vision panel, kick-plate, door closer, electromagnetic door holder, indicator etc.
